 +===== Catering =====
 +
 +Hi, Dan - Notes about catering:
 +
 +Much effusive appreciation for the new catering menu, both the treats and especially on the lunch buffet.
 +
 +Complaints about mustard on the sandwiches. Personally, I'm with them. Leave the dressings off the sandwiches and let people add their own.
 +
 +The Southwest Chicken Salad sandwiches were a definite flop. We had almost two full platters of them left, both days. Two vociferous statements of inedibility.
 +
 +The Chicken Salad Wraps were likewise not a hit. Three complaints of them tasting "weird" or "foul", and one complaint that it was inedible. Half a platter left at the end of lunch.
 +
 +Other notable leftovers: ham sandwiches - 1.5 platters on Thursday, one unopened platter on Friday.
 +
 +Requests for more of these at lunch:
 +Roast beef sandwiches
 +Water
 +Coffee
 +Coffee cups
 +
 +We also need to increase the amount of vegetarian sandwiches. Those ran out before anything else, in part due to omnivores just taking what looks good.
 +
 +Could we have them set up the vegetarian buffet separately? Or at least start the two buffets at different ends of the table, and meet in the middle at the desserts? This helps prevent the omnivores from eating all the vegetarian items before the vegetarians can get to them. It also means the vegetarians don't have to wait in a long line to file past the meat items before reaching their items, which would help the line go faster.

 +===== Pizza =====
 +
 +32 pizza, 91 RSVP yes. 3 left over.
 +
 +91 / 32 = 3
 +
 +So, get one pizza for every 3 people.  A little under 3 slices per person.
 +
 +We had 20L of water. 20L of soda. SO try 30L of soda.  Or 1L / 3 people.
